Awful experience this time around with rimisneakers. Firstly, I ordered my jersey on February 3 and it did not arrive until April 13.
I then ordered two more jerseys on March 26 and paid an extra $20 for express shipping only for the jerseys not to arrive yet (still waiting for them). I then got a notification saying I'll have to pay another $30 of customs fees, which is unbelievable.
I then ordered two more jerseys, only for them to firstly email me saying one of them has sold out (after accepting my payment). They then emailed me with the audacity to pay an extra $20 of shipping because there are no "regular shipments" to my country.
I understand the global situation but they should not be promising and guaranteeing services they cannot deliver. Awful experience this time around. Customer service was also a joke.
