Ordered twice, 2nd time took longer to get. Sizes are not right, both times jerseys are a size and a half smaller. No way to return, not happy.

Not good finished product. Has two big defects. Service call tried to give some solution. But the rest is OK. My first bought. I'll will buy again... Hope to get better finished product has it was the polo and trousers I've bought also here.

Hi friends I have the package, but the shirts have problems with the sewing and the personalize. For example I request the name "C. GAMBOA" and the shirt has "C. GAMDOA". And other problems with the sewing.

The product are fine. But not very wel stiched, a lot of loose stiches are hanging out.
The shirts we wanted were PUMAS UNAM Jerseys. We asked if they could do that. We got a possitive response, so we Ordered and paid.
Than it wasn't possible tot deliver these.
A pitty.
They were kind enough to help us by looking for an alternative. So we got a Juventus kit.

But in my opinion: 'when you say you can do something you have to do what you say'
And when it's not possible, i think a little compensasion is on its place. By for example offering a discount.

I'm not 100% satisfied with my product because of an misalignment of the sleeves and the average fabric quality but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY, for 20$ it was s great deal, Adidas original with tags and fast shipment from China.

Printing of name comes off a little bit quickly,
However product is a very good replica for jersey.

This is the biggest order ive made at once. Wss very excited to get all my shirts. Unfortunately my BVB shirt was very small for a large, the measurement chart said it should fit. My away Ayew shirt was off with colour. Every other shirt was fantastic. But once again they corrected rhe issues and I am still a loyal customer. Ive purchased 2 more shirts since.

The order was placed in July, I kept asking hadn’t received any updates. 3 weeks later they they sent me wrong color and pattern for Arsenal away jersey. When I reached out they kept saying we’ll send new one out . I received right jersey mid September. When I asked about making it available to upload my video and leave a review it took another 3 weeks for them to make option available. This was the worst experience I’ve had on the site. They are usually pretty fast at shipping and resolving my issues but this purchase here was bad.

Letters were PINK.

Red, White and Blue jersey with PINK letters for my son's name and number.

Not happy with this custom printing job, complained to MineJersey and they said it was fine and I should keep the Jersey. Since we waited several weeks for it to arrive, the thought of going back and forth with this company seemed like a losing battle.

Good quality overall, customer service is somewhat lacking.
