Lack of honesty that does not accept returns by saying that I sent to the wrong address, which I nevertheless copied on the package ... then offering me a coupon of 15 EUROS which obviously does not suffice..!

I've made numerous orders with MineJersey and all have been quite satisfactory ... until now. The Colorado Rapids jersey was a real disappointment. You could see that the front panel was the correct colour (burgundy) but all other areas of the jersey were closer to red, so the jersey is more two-tone and not an accurate representation. Price is good, shipping was great ... final product very poor.

I would recommend saving up you're money and buying a authentic jersey from www.soccer.com you get what you par for from this company. I received my jersey with a hole and the sizing is way off. Do you're self a favor and do not buy fakes!!!!

If I could give a zero for everything I would. The only thing was on point was the customer service but I honestly I think this is a rip off service. I’ve waited a loooooong time now for my jerseys and none came. The first one was ordered and should’ve been delivered from last month and it hasn’t. Now the customer service told me that they resent me another one which says “Delivered” just like the first one on USPS website tracking and it’s been over 2 weeks and still nothing and it seems like they do not want to refund me my money.

Ordered a 4XL in 2 jerseys and they fit exactly the same as a friend of mines XL jersey he ordered on here so clearly them saying they have 4XL is a lie. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered a Germany retro jersey from Italia '90 Word Cup. I craved for it since I was a kid, but on those times it was very difficult to have one. I've found recently this website where I could order it and I had high hopes. The prices and delivery through DHL express were pretty ok, the jersey material, stitching and design were decent, however everything was ruined by a really BAD printjob. They have printed the number on lower back instead of upper back as it supposed to be as on the original jersey version. The font was decent but the way they printed it just spoiled my jersey. I feel like i've thrown my money away in the wind. Right now there is no point returning it since it would cost me more to return it than the jersey's cost itself. If you were to order on this site, better order it without printjob. You can find the lettering on the internet and do it yourself.

I was told this site was trustworthy to buy jerseys from, but I bought a Manchester United jersey about a month ago and it turned out to be a terrible decision. It shipped to me fine (although the website seemed sketchy when I entered my credit card information, saying that my statement might show a higher amount than it should be and saying that the purchase would be from a company with a totally different name). But, when it got here, the jersey was missing the number on the back. The picture of the item I ordered clearly showed that it would be an Ibrahimovic jersey with the number 9 on the back, but there was no number when I got it. I contacted the customer service email, and it has taken a month of haggling, and they are still only offering me a 20% refund or cash coupons to the site. This was completely the website's mistake, and they are refusing to acknowledge that it was their fault or give me a fair refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. Hopefully I can prevent a few other people from making the same mistake I did.
